Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on orders ₹999+
Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Expected delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
We Ship Pan-India
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India via trusted courier partners.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on all orders. Pay when your package arrives at your door.
Returns & Exchanges
15-Day Return Window
You can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale / discounted items, innerwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Call or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back.
- Once received and inspected, your refund / exchange will be processed.
